This is a very popular exercise suggested by health and wellness experts.
While standing straight, look upwards at the ceiling and make a duck face by stretching. It should seem as though you are trying to kiss the ceiling. Hold for about 5 seconds and release your lips.
Also bring you face back to normal position.
Repeat the same for another 10 times.
Stick Your Tongue Out
Open your mouth as wide as possible. Now stick your tongue out by stretching as much as possible. Hold on for 5 seconds. Relax by returning the tongue and closing the mouth. Rest for few seconds and repeat the tongue sticking out exercise.
Tilt your head upwards and look at the ceiling. Push your jaw forward and feel the stretch effect. Hold on for 10 seconds. Release your stretched jaw and bring back your head to the normal position.
Repeat this exercise for few more times.
Rotate Your Head
Stand straight and drop your head forward so that your chin touches your chest. Slowly rotate your head towards the right side and hold over a count of 5. Return your head back to the downward position. Now again roll your neck towards the left side and stay still over a count of 5. Then rotate your head back down again.
Repeat these steps for 10 minutes.
Tongue On Teeth
Open your mouth as wide as possible. Now, give some work to your tongue. Place the tip of your tongue on the back side of lower row teeth.
Now inhale through your mouth and exhale by making an ‘aaaahhh’ vocal sound. Try extending the sound for about one minute. Then relax and rest.
Slap Your Chin
Push your face forward and slap your chin with your hand. Use the back of your hand to pat/slap your chin at a regular pace. Carry on for at least 1 minute continuously.
In and Out Your Neck
Make V shape with your hands, thumb on one side and all other finger pressed together on another side. Place the V-shaped hand on your jaw. While applying pressure, push your head and neck forward and hold for 15 seconds. Release and rest for a while.
Repeat again for couple more times.
Hang Your Head
This considered the best exercise of all for getting rid of double chin.
Lay back on your bed. Lift your head and hang off so that the neck is keeping it up. Now lift your head towards the chest, but do not take the support of your back or shoulders.
Hold for 10 seconds and release. Do not do this exercise for more times as it might injure you.
