Snoozing The Alarm
It is like everybody’s habit nowadays to put multiple alarms to get up early in the morning. It is said that a sound sleep of at least 6 hours is required for a healthy body. Snoozing alarm again and again means you are not getting a sound sleep. So it is suggested that you should get up as soon as you hit the alarm. Snoozed alarm increases stress and not the rest timing.
